AP Italy: canteras, mármol e innovación

Visión 2030

At AP Italy, environmental sustainability is not merely a goal: it is the guiding principle behind every production decision. We believe industrial excellence must go hand in hand with protecting our natural heritage; this is why we plan every action strategically, turning our objectives into tangible results.

Micronización de residuos de elaboración

“Setting goals is the first step in turning the invisible into the visible.” — Anthony Robbins
The implementation of our advanced micronization plant marked the beginning of our journey towards full resource efficiency. This project puts the principles of the circular economy into practice: we transform industrial residue into a new resource, eliminating waste and optimizing the material life cycle.

Investigación y desarrollo: Proyecto Ecomarmo

“We do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children.” — Ancient Navajo proverb
For AP Italy, recovering waste from block processing and converting it into micronized material is an act of responsibility towards the local area. Enhancing that micronized material through natural processes to create Ecomarmo is a form of art. With this new product, we combine technological innovation with respect for the environment, restoring value to materials through a perfect balance of aesthetics and biocompatibility.

Integración vertical del proceso de producción

By vertically integrating micronized-material production, we have incorporated every stage of the supply chain into our quality standards. This strategic step gives us full control over raw-material purity and substantially reduces our logistical footprint, ensuring unprecedented operational efficiency.

Planta Ecomarmo e investigación en construcción sostenible

“When we take something from the earth, we must also give something back. The earth and we must be companions with equal rights.” — Jimmie Begay
In 2023, the Ecomarmo plant came into operation, turning theory into industrial reality. At the same time, we launched our first Research and Development departments dedicated to sustainable building, exploring new construction approaches where recovered marble becomes the heart of healthy, breathable buildings in harmony with the ecosystem.

Consolidación de la construcción sostenible y proyecto Papel de Mármol

“A falling tree makes more noise than a growing forest.” — Lao Tzu
As our commitment to sustainable building takes shape in cutting-edge structural solutions, AP Italy is turning to a new challenge: Marble Paper. This revolutionary product rewrites the rules of the paper industry: no deforestation, minimal water consumption and virtually no industrial impact. Using only micronized material from stone-processing waste, we create a refined and remarkable medium that preserves forests and once again enhances this timeless material.

Investigación de nuevas aplicaciones para el carbonato de calcio

“He who wishes to secure the good of others has already secured his own.” — Confucius
We intend to develop applied technologies that improve the everyday well-being of those who use them.
